Ingredients

  • Rum Sauce:
  • 2 apples, finely diced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 Tbs. rum

Preparation

Step 1

Blend sugar and buter; add egg. Sprinkle in the dry ingredients.

Add to bowl of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Sauce:
Heat in microwave or double boiler.
