Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups of half and half (part cream part milk)
- 6 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Stir until smooth and hot.
Pour into mugs.
Garnish with whipped cream, caramel and course sea salt.
