Ingredients
- Filling:
- Single pie crust
- Crumb Topping: for 9 inch pie
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup Flour
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
- 6 to 7 cups sliced apples
- 1 1/2 tablespoon butter

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degree. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Mix lightly through apples. Heap up in pastry lined pie pan Dot with butter.
Mix crumb topping until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apples.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
