  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup drained sauerkraut, chopped
  • 1/2 lb cooked lean corned beef or dried beef
  • 1 tb. minced onion
  • 1 tb. ketchup
  • 2 tsps. spicy brown mustard
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese



Step 1

Preheat over to 375 Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a oven-proof casserole and bake, covered for 30 minutes or until bubbles form around the edges.

Serve warm with crackers or mini rye bread.
