Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Tiny pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the glass pot of a French press.
Pour hot (but not boiling) water into the glass pot, leaving about an inch of room at the top. Stir the water and all of the ingredients with a long spoon.
Put the plunger back on top of the glass pot. Don’t lower the plunger. Just let the ingredients brew for 6 minutes.
Lower the plunger to the bottom of the pot, separating the solids from the tea. Serve hot.
