Ingredients
- 1 - 1.5 lb stew meat, cut in bit size pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 stalks celery, cut in 1" pieces
- 3 large potatoes, cut in 1" pieces
- 1/2 bag baby carrots
- 1/2 large onion, cut in chunks
- 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- *enough vegetables to fill a 2 quart bowl.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat up oil in a 4 qt sauce pan. Lightly brown stew meat in oil. Add vegetables, Golden Mushroom soup and water. Simmer for 1 - 1.5 hours until vegetables are cooked through. Serve with corn bread.
