Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/3 c finely chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. roll into 1 inch balls. Arrange in greased baking dish. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
