Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups cake flour (only cake flour)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-cup sour cream
- 1-cup butter
- 1-teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs-SEPARATED
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
Add egg yolks one at a time. Add vanilla
Add ½ of flour and ½ sour cream and whip.
Add balance of flour and sour cream and baking soda.
Beat egg whites and fold in.
Pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees.
Bake for 1 hour & 10-12 minutes. Test for doneness.
