  • soy sauce

  • sesame oil

  • extra olive oil

  • any seasoning you want to make taste to you likely

  • hunts tomato sauce

  • whole grain pasta

Directions

Boil pasta to the tenderness you want. Than make the tomato sauce heat up and season to your taste. Now in a frying pan cover it up with extra olive oil bottom of pan only. place veggie burger cook both sides after its cook chop it up to small pieces add chop green onions and any peppers you like pour about two tsp of sesame oil per burger and stir all together after its mix add about two tsp of soy sauce. you can drain if its not done already the noodles add sauce and add your veggie burger on top and your done.
