Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3 T Cocoa
  • 2 t Baking Powder
  • 1/4 t Salt
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1/3 C Vegetable Oil
  • 1-1/2 t Vanilla
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1/2 C Brown Sugar
  • 4 T Cocoa
  • 2 t Instant Coffee (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first five dry ingredients
Add water, oil, & vanilla
Mix until smooth
Pour into 8x8x2 greased pan
Mix topping
Sprinkle over batter
Pour 1-1/4 C hot water over top (use 1-1/2 C for more pudding)
DO NOT STIR
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set
Let stand for 15 minutes
