Artichoke Dip with Spinach

Ingredients

  • 2 Jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and coursely chopped
  • 1 Package 10 oz. Spinach thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 3 oz. Parmesan
  • 3 oz. Moz. Or Swiss Cheese
  • 1 Tomato (seeded)

Preparation

Step 1

Place Artichokes in Medium mixing bowl

Add Spinach, Sour Cream & Mayonnaise

Press Garlic clove into mixture

Add Parmesan & Mozzarella or Swiss

Bake 25 minutes at 375

Top with fresh chopped tomato...sprinkle with an extra handful of parm for extra YUM.
