Ingredients
- Gorgonzala Sauce
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 TBS flour
- 2 (or more) TBS sherry
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 TBS parsley
- 1 tsp sage
- 3/4 C gorgonzola
- 1 TBS romano/parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, stir in flour to make roux. Stir in sherry. Add
spices. Cook one minute. Add hot milk then cook 5 more minutes. Add
cheese, cook 5 minutes. Add mushrooms.
