Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup corn bread stuffing mix
- 4 boneless pork chops
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet. In a shallow bowl or pie plate, mix beaten egg and milk. In another shallow bowl or pie plate, place corn bread stuffing mix. Dip pork chops first into egg mixture and then into stuffing mix, being sure to coat both sides. Place chops on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with sweet potato French fries and fresh steamed green beans.
