Ingredients

- 4 people
- 300 g frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- juice of 1 lemon
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 1/2 egg white
- 3 tbps of powdered sugar

Bring the sugar, water and lemon juice to a boil. Let it cook for a few minutes, then pour the raspberries and pineapple juice in, and boil it a few more minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff, add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and whip it to a stiff meringue.
Get raspberry mixture through a strainer into a bowl. Get the whipped egg whites into the bowl and fold into the mixture. When everything is folded well run the mixture for an hour in the ice maker and then in the freezer for 2 hours, and it is ready for serving! Fresh and delicious!
