  • 2

    pie crusts

  • 1

    package of cook and serve chocolate pudding

  • Whipped Cream

  • Haupia:

  • 2

    cans coconut milk

  • 2

    cups whole milk

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 2/3

    cup corn starch

Directions

Pie Crusts: Prepare two pie crusts according to your favorite recipe, or buy pre-made crusts. Both must be baked before the filling is done. Chocolate Filling: Prepare one large box of chocolate pudding. Pour chocolate into the pie shells to fill them halfway. Refrigerate. Haupia Filling: Mix the corn starch with a large part of the milk in a saucepan before placing it on the heat to avoid lumps. Place the pan on medium heat and add all the rest of the ingredients. Whisk until it thickens. Pour haupia into the pie shells on top of the chocolate. Refrigerate. This pie is especially delicious with fresh whip cream on top :)
