Tangy Cornish Game Hens

Ingredients

  • 2 cornish hens split in half
  • 1 cup (8 oz can) undrained, crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 TBS cornstarch
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • 1 TBS prepared mustard
  • 1 TBS soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange hens in 2 quart baking dish. Tucking giblets under hens, if desired. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over hens. Cook uncovered, at 350 degrees, spooning sauce over hens until done. Approximately 1 hour.

Serve with rice.
