Ingredients
- 2 cornish hens split in half
- 1 cup (8 oz can) undrained, crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 2 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS prepared mustard
- 1 TBS soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange hens in 2 quart baking dish. Tucking giblets under hens, if desired. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over hens. Cook uncovered, at 350 degrees, spooning sauce over hens until done. Approximately 1 hour.
Serve with rice.
