Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Puree garlic with lime juice, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth. With motor running, add melted butter and blend until emulsified, about 30 seconds.
Can be made one day ahead and chilled, covered. Stir before using.
