Rise & Shine Individual Breakfast Quiches 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 12 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Link sausage or ham or bacon
  • 1 Cup Shredded cheese
  • S&P to taste
  • Hash brown potatoes (browned) or dry bread (torn into pieces)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown your hash browns (if you're using bread, tear it into pieces)
Spread into a well sprayed muffin tin. (If using liners, spray them as well)
Distribute the cheese among the cups.
Add your meat (bacon, sausage, ham, etc)
Beat the eggs with the milk.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over each.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, until the eggs are puffy and firm. (You can use the old school toothpick trick)
Note: Muffins will fall, after you take them out of the oven, no worries, it's supposed to happen.
You can top these with a little bit of salsa, for the bigger kids. (aka Dad)
