- 4 pasteurized egg yolks
- 400 ml of whole milk
- 2 tbsp of golden syrup
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

This is a flavorful vanilla gelato. Easy to make and easy to eat! This is the best vanilla gelato I have ever tasted! The gelato is also great for the freezer after the mix is done in the ice-cream maker, just let it stand for af bit before you serve it. It’s still perfect creamy and delicious!
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it has a creamy texture and the yellow color is almost white. Then add the syrup and stir. In with the milk and the seeds from the vanilla pod and the extract. When everything is mixed well it is ready. In the icemaker and stir until it is delicious creamy. It should have an hour in my machine. Come if necessary the gelato in a pot and put in the freezer for an hour. Ready to serve – a delicious gelato!
