Sausage Quiche'

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 C (6 oz.) sharp cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbls flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 small(2/3 c) evaporated milk
- Unbaked pie crust shell
- (note for larger than normal size pie double recipe and bake a bit longer)

Step 1
Oven at 375
Cook sausage and onion, drain. Combine sauage mixture with cheese, flour and mix well. Add to crust. Beat together eggs and evporated milk. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake 35 - 40 min. untl firm
