Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 6 tbs. butter (3/4 stick)
- 2 tbs. light corn syrup
- 2 foil wrapped bars (4 ozs.) Nestle unsweetened
- Chocolate Baking Bars
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
In a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan combine sugar, cream, butter and corn syrup. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in Nestle unsweetened chocolate baking bars and vanilla extract until bars are melted and smooth. Cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
