Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 scant cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups flour
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together, mixture needs to be stiffer than for biscuits. Roll out thin, cut in wide strips, drop one at a time in boiling chicken broth. Cook about 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool for a little while.
