Easy Herbed Grilled Salmon

  • 2 tbl white wine
  • vegetable oil spray
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless salmon
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp may
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/4 tsp paprica



Step 1

Pre heat grill to high heat. Make a tray out of double sided heavy duty foil large enough for salmon filet by folding a long piece in half and folding up all four sides. Spray the entire inside of tray with cooking spray.
Place the salmon in the foil tray skin side down.. Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle white wine over salmon. Spread top of salmon with mayo.
In small bowl mix together all the herbs except paprika. Sprinkle mixture over mayo and top with paprika. Place baking pan with foil tray on hot grill. Cook covered 10 minutes per each inch thickness. Do not turn and do not over cook.

If you can't use gril prepare in oven at 475 degrees for about 15 minutes
