Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
Place flour in a bowl and make a well.
Add other ingredients (except water) into to the well.
Mix thoroughly, adding water as needed.
Place dough on a hard floured surface, kneed dough until it is a soft but not sticky consistency.
Run through pasta machine or roll out by hand and cut with a knife.
Spread noodles out on a floured surface and let dry. When completely dried, boil in salted water for about 5 minutes.
