Easy Chocolate Caramel Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 25 caramels (example: Kraft Caramel squares)
- 2 TBS milk
- 1 C chopped toasted pecans
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie crust
- 1 pkg. (8 squares) semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, divided in half
Preparation
Step 1
Place caramels in medium microwaveable bowl. Add milk. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute. Stir in pecans. Pour into crust.
Add 2 C of the shipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spread evenly over caramel layer in crust.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Top with remaining whipped topping. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
