Ingredients
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 Tablespoon green onion, chopped (optional)
- Assorted crackers, veggies and bread cubes
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cored and the middle cut out
Preparation
Step 1
n a large bowl, combine the sour cream, yogurt, shredded cheese, tomatoes and bacon. Refrigerate until serving, at least four hours but best if overnight.
To serve, scoop into hollowed out head of iceberg lettuce. Garnish with green onion if desired.
Serve with assorted crackers, pita chips, tortilla chips, celery and carrot sticks, broccoli and cauliflower florets, zucchini and cucumber rounds, and bread cubes.
Yield: approximately 5 cups
