Roasted Almonds with Lemon & Salt

Ingredients

  • 3 C unblanched almonds
  • 1 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 2 T kosher salt
  • 1 T olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Soak nuts in juice 30 min. remove with slotted spoon. spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 15 min. Place in large bowl & toss with salt & oil. Return to oven and bake 10 min. longer.
