Directions

. make marinade with; vinegar, soy sauce, 4 cloves garlic, juice of two limes, olive oil, and seasonings . pour over meat and marinate for several hours or overnight .make the sauce roast tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapenos, toast and soak chili pods, blend with the rest of the sauce items strain and seasoning . make a relish with the cilantro, onion, and lime juice . cook meat in sauce and serve on warm tortillas, top with cilantro onion relish and cotija cheese
