A yummy recipe from my sister in law.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms - sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 14oz can artichokes, drained and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Precook broccoli until tender crisp. Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsp butter. Grease a 9 x 13 inch dish. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream & Parmesan. Mix vegetables in sauce a& place in dish. Cover with tomato slice. Season with salt & pepper. Mix melted butter with bread crumbs & sprinkle over tomatoes. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
