Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 T butter
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes cut up, with liquid
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms stem & pieces cut up
- 1 can sliced olives 2 1/4 oz, drained
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 12 oz spaghetti cooked & drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 8 oz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet sauté onion, green pepper until tender. Add tomatoes, olives, oregano and ground beef. Simmer covered 10 minutes
Place half of spaghetti in 9 x 13 pan, then add 1/2 of vegetable mixture, half of cheese then repeat layers.
Mix soup & water till smooth then pour over top of casserole & top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 min until heated through.
Yield 12 servings.
