  • 3 c sugar
  • 3/4 c butter
  • 2/3 c half and half
  • 1-12 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 1-7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbs red food coloring



Step 1

Spray 9" square pan with cooking spray, then line with double thickness foil. Spray foil. Place semi sweet chocolate chips and food coloring in microwave bowl. Set aside. Place butter in lrg microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 1 1/2 mins. Add sugar and half and half; mix well. Microwave on high for 3 mins, stir and cook another 2 mins. Stir well. Scrape down sides of bowl and microwave 3 more mins. then finish with another 2 1/2 mins. Remove from microwave and add marshmallow cream and stir. Add white chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until smooth and all ingredients are incorporated. Immediately transfer 1/2 the hot white chocolate mixture to the bowl you prepared (chocolate and food coloring) Stir well with a strong spatula. until chocolate ships are completely melted. Working quickly with two ice cream scoops, plop scoops of each mixture in random patter into prepared pan. When complete, lift pan and drop, repeat several times. Run knife through mixture to form swirly pattern. Cool Completely
