Ingredients
- Recipe:
- Salsa for 6-8 people
- 400 g of skinned can tomatoes
- 2 small onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of sweet chilli powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp of ketchup
- 1-1 1/2 red bell pepper

The other day I made homemade falafels (and they tasted great!) Which was in some sort of tortilla pancakes along with some salad and some salsa and sour cream. Then I thought that I could mix a homemade salsa together instead of buying it. It’s super quick to make and tastes wonderful, I will certainly never buy salsa again!
Chop the onion, pepper and garlic well. Fry in a pan, then add the skinned tomatoes, chili, salt, sugar, ketchup and red wine vinegar. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. Then taste it with a little salt and maybe some more chili if you like a strong salsa!
