- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 c frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3 dates
