Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread cubes, crusts removed
  • 2 cups medium cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups ham, cubed
  • 1 can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Layer first 4 ingredients in order given in 9 x 13 pan.

Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over all.

Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Next morning pour 1 cup milk over all.

Bake in 350F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
