Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T. milk
  • 2 T. corn meal
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 T. vinegar
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1 pie shell, uncooked
  • ●Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • ●Cream butter and sugar together; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • ●Pour batter into uncooked pie shell.
  • ●Bake for 1 hour.
