Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 C warm water
- 2 C flour*
- 2 T to 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 t salt
- 2 t sugar**
- *can sub whole wheat flour 2 cups and add 1 C all purpose flour
- **can sub 1 T honey for sugar
Preparation
Step 1
dissolve yeast in warm water
mix reamaining ingredients in mixer w/ dough hook; add yeast mixture.
Cover and let rise for 30 mins
Turn onto flour board and knead and form into round disk
Roll out to fit pan
top as desired
Bake for 20 mins @ 350
