Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 16 oz thawed cool whip
  • chocolate syrup
  • 2 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix graham crackers with sugar, stir in butter. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan.

In large bowl, cream cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Slowly add milk ( may use a beater on low speed). Fold in thawed cool whip.
Pour over crust mixture.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top. Knife into cream mixture to make any design.
Freeze.
Keeps upto 3 weeks in freezer.
