Ingredients
- 1 lb small red potatoes
- 2 lg zucchini cut into 1" slices
- 2 lg green peppers cut into 1-1/2" pieces
- 1 lg onion wedges
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 lb italian sausage links cut into 1-1/2" pieces
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 c white wine or chix broth
- 1 T italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
place first 6 ingredients in a 6 qt slow cooker. In a large skillet, brown sausages in oil. Reduce heat. Add wine and italian seasoning , stiring to loosen browned bits from pan. Transfer to slow cookier. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
