Lemon Vinaigrette

Perfect dressing for mustard greens, rainbow chard and red onions. Sprinkle the top of the salad with walnuts - yum!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together and set aside.
Prepare the greens and toss with some of the dressing to moisten. Serve the extra to your guests on the side.
