Breaded Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C crushed saltines (abt 20 crackers)
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp peppr
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
  • 3 TBL dijon mustard
  • 4 port rib chops (7 oz each), 1/2" thick
  • 1/4 C vegie oil

Preparation

Step 1

in sm bowl,combine cracker crumbs, thyme
pepper & sage
spread mustard on both sides of pork
chops
coat w/ crumb mixture

in lg skillet, cook pork chops in oil
over med high heat for 4-5 min on
each side or until golden brown &
juices run clear
