Sweet Honey French Bread

Makes 2 baguettes

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 2 1-1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp white sugar
• 1-1/2 tsp active dry yeast
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 TBSP water
