Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 pounds red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups ham, cubed
- 8 ounces low fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup frozen green peas
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a casserole dish. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; pour into casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
SERVING SUGGESTION: A big spinach salad.
