This pie is made with condensed milk instead of evaporated milk. It makes one pie.

Ingredients
- 1 15- ounce can of pumpkin
- 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pumpkin pie (double it as needed)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
