Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of broccoli
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Steam the broccoli (make sure it is not too mushy because you will cook it in the oven later). Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Mix together broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Put the mixture into a lightly buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
Bake covered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until the broccoli is bubbling and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
NOTE: Great to make up to 2 days in advance. Prepare the mixture and do not bake it. Just plan to leave it in the oven for a little while longer.
