Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cups diced onions
  • 2 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans pinto beans
  • 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans ranch style beans
  • 2 (14 1/2-ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 (15 1/4-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, do not drain
  • 2 1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 large pkg.Corn chips, for serving
  • 1 large pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream, for garnish

Directions

Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet; drain the excess fat. Add the beans, corn, tomatoes with green chilies,& taco seasoning. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes over medium heat. To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them. Top with cheddar cheese & sour cream.
