Ingredients
- 3 . tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 2 c. stock
- 10 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. Oregano and cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour and oil and cook roux 1 minute. Add chili powder and cook additional 30 seconds. Add stock, paste, oregano and cumin. Bring to boil then simmer 15 minutes.
