Poppy Seed Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
• 1 pkg. lemon instant lemon pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 cup hot water
• 1/4 cup poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix by hand for 4 minutes

Bake @ 350*
Greased Bundt pan
50 minutes

Remove and cool on rake

top with a lemon icing
