Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk or milk
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 ripe banana mashed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dry ingrediants in a large bowl. In another bowl combine all wet ingrediants and mix well. Add the two together and pour pancakes onto hot griddle
