Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean fat free ground turkey (99% lean)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
- 3/4 cup plain dry whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg substitute

How to Make It

Heat the oven to 350°F.

Thoroughly mix the turkey, 1/2 cup soup, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, bread crumbs and egg substitute in a large bowl. Place the mixture into a 13x9x2-inch baking pan and firmly shape into an 8x4-inch loaf. A meatloaf pan also works. Pour the remaining soup over the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through. Let the meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
