Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 to 4 pound pot roast, brisket or rump roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French onion soup

Preparation

Step 1

Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper meat, then put in pot. Add soups over top. Cover, cook low 10 to 12 hours, or high 5 to 6 hours.
